2. What this service does

isitcompromised.com tracks software supply chain attacks -- packages where a malicious actor compromised the distribution. Reports are user-submitted and may not be verified. The Service does not track CVEs, code vulnerabilities, or outdated dependencies.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report or data on the platform. You use the information at your own risk.

4. User-submitted content

By submitting a report, you represent that the information is truthful and submitted in good faith. You grant isitcompromised.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and reproduce your submission as part of the Service.

You must not submit false, misleading, or malicious reports. We reserve the right to remove any content and restrict access to users who abuse the platform.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent or deliberately misleading reports
  • Attempt to disrupt or degrade the Service
  • Scrape the Service at a rate that impacts availability for other users
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or target package maintainers

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, isitcompromised.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on data from the platform.

7. API usage

The public API is provided for reasonable, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to rate-limit or block access to the API at our discretion. Attribution is appreciated but not required.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
